Farm-to-Table Herbal Skills Spring Workshops are coming!

We started this workshop series last spring, and it was a huge hit. Gather on a local farm one Saturday each month for an afternoon of learning about herbal medicine, with a focus on local plants. This spring will feature new plants and different herbal extraction techniques. Sign up today and fill your medicine cabinet with homemade herbal extracts that you created!

Location: Various farms in North County San Diego

Registration is limited to only 20 students.

You are invited to a community gathering. Come mingle with herbal crafters,  educators, medicine makers, artists & musicians.

Spend the afternoon attending herbal lectures, doing some yoga, taking a sound bath & making herbal crafts.

You can stroll around our herbal marketplace, find handmade soaps, crafts, herbal medicine & fine jewelry from local artists

& crafts people. Sample some local cuisine made fresh on site. We will also have a raffle with some very nice prizes as well!

Herbal medicine is most effective when you understand how it works.

This summer, Sage Country Herbs is offering four workshops that explore the clinical application of plant medicine and nutrition — each focused on a specific area of health. You'll learn the physiology behind common conditions, how herbs and nutrients interact with body systems, and how to make effective remedies at home.

Each workshop is two and a half hours and includes hands-on remedy making. You'll leave with both a working knowledge of the topic and a remedy you prepared yourself.

Workshops are independent — attend one or the full series.
